She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Williams and Helen Williams (Gingery); her husband Herbert; and her son Troy Bilger. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Strickler of Galion; her grandsons, Cory Strickler (Kelsey) and Wes Strickler; her great grandchild Paizley Stickler; her brother Richard Williams (Pam) of Prospect; and her sister-in-law Kathy Carroll-Williams of Marion.
