He was predeceased by: his father Gary Knapp; his grandparents, Marvin, Mary Knapp, Ed and Sally Nelson; and his uncle Dan Nelson.
He is survived by: his mother Ruth Knapp (Nelson); his wife Veronica; his daughters, Ayvette, Alivia and Aven; his stepchild Alaric; his sister Wendy (Carey); his niece Madeline; his aunt Sandy; his uncle Ron; his cousins, Mark and Brad; his parents-in-law, Patricia and Jeff; and his sisters-in-law, Rebecca and Angelica. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
