She was predeceased by: her son David Paul Chaplin; and her granddaughter Briahna Beckwith. She is survived by: her parents, John Mefford and Patty Mefford (Sparks); her children, Ashley Horner (Matthew) of Garrison, Austin Chaplin (Katie) of Galion and Alexis (James Jacobs) of Berea; her brother Steve Mefford (Krystal Cortez) of Vanceburg, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Emerson Chaplin, Cameron Horner and Adler Chaplin. She is also survived by her parents and husband.
