She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Deborah Collier of Hazard and Suzanne K. Negrete (Michael) of Galion; her grandchildren, Cindi Au, Johanna Napier, Heather Negrete, Tony Negrete and Carrie; and her great grandchildren, Brian Logan Spencer, Benjamin Spencer, Jr., Augustus Mullins and Abigail Elizabeth Mullins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the American Heart Association in care of the funeral home.
