It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin D. R. Clay of Galion, Ohio, born in Branchland, West Virginia, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clay and Maryanne Clay (Lucas); his son John Clay; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Clay. He is survived by: his children, Bobbie Clay-Dudash (Brad), Franklin Clay Jr. and Charles Clay; his grandchildren, Amanda Wiggins (Curt), Melissa Cornwell (Donnie), Marcus Pardon-Dudash (Abby), Taylor Clay and Tara Clay; his great grandchildren, Claire, Caleb, Anabelle, Lilia, Jordyn, Lynnix and Fynleigh; and his siblings, Bunny Gay, Louise Caldwell and Bob Clay.
