She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Balinski and Stephanie Balinski (Czerw); her spouse Glenn D. Tackett; and her granddaughters, Angela and Skylar Tackett.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Michael Tackett (Carol), Debra Ann Gorman (Mike), Timothy Joseph Tackett (Tina) and Theresa Lynn Barnes. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren.
