She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Layne and Verna Layne (Shepherd); her husband Ronald Blevins; and her brothers, Bert Layne, Dale Layne, Jerry Layne, Rick Layne and Jeff Layne.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Blevins (Abbi), Crystal Leisure (Treble) and Justin Blevins (Jackie); her sister Gaye Steinke (Jerry); and her grandchildren, Gage, Norah, Kohl, Kele, Liam, Gunner and Anna.
Memorials may be made to St Judes Childrens Hospital or The American Diabetes Association.
