He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Mulvaine and Nancie James (Baker). He is survived by: his children, Kyndal Bayless of Carter County and Weston Mulvaine (Jozlyn) of Bucyrus; his siblings, Traci Whitcraft (Scott) of Tennessee and Eric James (Karen) of North Carolina; and his close friend Doug Manring (Dawn) of Bucyrus. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
