He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Evans and Claire Evans (Billotte); his son Scott C. Evans; and his siblings, Eddy, Jerry and Carol (Perkins).
He is survived by: his significant other Mary Lou Evans; his sister Mary Elaine Evans; his brother-in-law Jim Perkins; and his nieces and nephews, Cheryl Proctor (Stephen), Michael (Molly), Keith (Kristie), Neil (Donna) and Nikki Workman (Buck). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and many other friends.
