The memory of Deborah Gail Macklin of Galion, Ohio, who passed away on February 13, 2025 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Deborah may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Deborah touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard "Spud" Murphy and Louise Murphy (Terry); her son-in-law Kevin Stewart; and her siblings, Joe Murphy, Shirley Gates, Jim Murphy and Dean Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Stewart of Galion and Aaron Macklin (Angela) of Mansfield. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home (303 Portland Way N, Galion, OH 44833).
