He is survived by: his wife Wilma Perkey (Lowe); his son James Edward Perkey (Teresa) of Texas; his grandsons, Jason Cecil Perkey (Ellen) of Texas and Christopher James Perkey (Rachel) of Texas; his great grandchildren, Reese, Harper, Bethany and Danielle Perkey; and his daughter-in-law Ginny Perkey (Tammy Buck).
