She was predeceased by: her parents, John Polgrean and Helen Polgrean (Shaffer); her daughter Sharon Burtch; and her brother Jack Polgrean. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Shultz-Horton (Dale) of Galion, Marybeth Shultz-Wittkopf (Paul) of McArthur, OH and Krista Shultz-McGinnis of Delaware, OH; her brother William Polgrean of Poughkeepsie, NY; and her grandchildren, Megan Darrah (Brian), Natalie Stewart (Alex), Thomas Wittkopf and Christopher J. McGinnis.
