She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Brown and Phyllis Hook (Elkins); her brother Timothy Combs; and her uncle Dave Hunter. She is survived by: her fiancé Dustin Woodworth; her children, Sarah Pierce (Kyle) and Andy Mitchem (Nicky); her siblings, Teresa Crabtree and Paul Combs; her grandchildren, Kylie, Caleb, Caitlin, Brody, Rory Pierce and John Wardlaw; her aunt Michelle Hunter; and her close friends, Deb and Diane. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
