He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret A. Butsko Clark; his parents-in-law, Margaret A. Butsko and William S. Butsko; his mother Madge Wallace; and his aunt Celesta Armitha Clark.

He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Celest Clark; and his grandson Logan Clark White.
