He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stoerkel Sr. and Olive Stoerkel (Dora Lee Stoerkel); his brother Frank Stoerkel Jr.; and his son-in-law Rob Cowden. He is survived by: his close friends, Eberts and Stoerkel Architecture; his wife Mary Ann Stoerkel; his children, Todd Stoerkel (Cynthia), Tim Stoerkel (Lisa) and Kelly Cowden; his granddaughter Ashley Albanese (Gabe); his great grandchild Dominic Albanese; his brother Bill Stoerkel (Denice); and his stepchildren, John Purcell (Jackie), Terri Albanese (Frank), Gary Purcell, Paula Bown and Doug Purcell (Jamie).

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Delaware County in memory of Thomas K Stoerkel.
