She is survived by: her husband Jack W. Barr; her children, Jeremie Barr (Jennifer) of Sunbury, Rob Barr of Pataskala and Jodi Fleming of Columbus; her grandchildren, Jessica Meadows (Scott), Caitlin, Darren and Avery; her great grandchildren, Haley, Johnny and Jackson; and her siblings, Kevin Mayes, Linda Middleton, Vicky Flesch (Joe Hage) and Debbie Mayes. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
