He was predeceased by: his father William W. Curtis; and his siblings-in-law, Robert, Jane Arnholt, Gary Arnholt and Sherry Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Judith (Arnholt); his sons, Michael (Lydia) and Patrick (Christine); his grandchildren, Jack, Ben, Archer, Marshall and Scarlett; his brother William Curtis; his nephew Matthew Curtis (Dannison); and also, Paul, Maureen Goodwin (Arnholt), Stephen, Roslyn Arnholt (Seale), John and Joan Hess. He is also survived by other friends and family.
