He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Boggs and Sophia Boggs (Edwards). He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Boggs; his daughters, Joyce Stimmel (Jeff) of Sunbury, Susan Boggs of Sunbury and Sandy Angel of Centerburg, Ohio; his siblings, Earl Boggs Jr., Mildred Castle and Myrtle Boggs; his grandchildren, Jeremy Stimmel (Beth), Chris Stimmel, Tyler Angel and Taylor Homeier (Ryan); his siblings, Delmos Elmer Boggs, Edgar Boggs, Darrell Boggs and Juanita Green; and his son-in-law Kenneth Angel. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
