She is survived by: her husband Jerry Mullinax; her daughters, Lori Palermo-Reynolds (Bill), Kimberly Alostaz (Emad) and Wendy Conn (Mark); her grandchildren, Mandy Johnson (Travis), Christopher Mullinax (Taylor), Cari Burt (Ryan), Matthew (Tiffany), Steven, Joseph, Kelly Alostaz, Julie and Nathan Palermo; her great grandchildren, Zavier, Ethan, Parker, Sammy and Benjamin; and her sisters, Joanne Brock and Cheryl Woutat.
