He was predeceased by: his brother Max McGlade. He is survived by: his parents, James McGlade and Maxine McGlade (Fulks); his children, Brent McGlade (Tracy) of Michael McGlade, Angie Evancho (Brian), Brandon Erwine (Amanda) and Jon Erwine (Misty); and his brothers, James McGlade (Martha), Roger McGlade (Carol) and Steve McGlade (Lynn). He is also survived by grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
