She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Reif Blackburn and Anne Elizabeth Reese Blackburn of Westerville; and her brother Charles Lee Blackburn (Chuck) of Lexington. She is survived by: her husband William E. Cruse (Bill); her daughters, Mary Elizabeth (Beth) and Amanda Cruse Kerns (Ben); her grandchildren, Mitchell Beaulieu and Madison Beaulieu; her brother James H. Blackburn (Jim); and her siblings-in-law, Susan Pavell Blackburn (Susie), Larry Cruse and Jim Cruse. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends.
