She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond "Butch" Piper; her parents, Dale Bibber and Dorothy Van Bibber; her brother Jimmey Van Bibber; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Carpenter and Judy Van Bibber.

She is survived by: her sons, John (Michele) and Michael Piper (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Hailey Desmond (Kelly), Griffin Barcus, Brandon, Emma and Hayden Piper; her great grandchildren, Finnley and Brecken Desmond; and her sisters, Brenda Carpenter, Carolyn Morgan (Al) and Bonnie Derwent (Dan). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
