He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Andrix. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Andrix; his grandchildren, Tammie Andrix, Kim Dille, Brian Dille, Meygan Rankin, James Rankin, John Boylan and Ashley Boylan; his siblings, Linda Smith and Patty Andrix; his friend Rick Ward; and also Jack Andrix.
