We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Gabriel James Jacobs (Galena, Ohio), born in Lafayette, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Wesley Jacobs and Ellen Jacobs (Rea); his sons, Harper, Remy and Julian; and his siblings, Rachael Gummersbach (Joe), Nathan Jacobs (Suzanne), Emily Jacobs and Katherine Jacobs. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Church on Morgan.
