Elmer was predeceased by: sister Sylvia Dawley; and son Jerry Huff. Elmer is survived by: wife Thelma; sons, Larry (Mary) and Terry (Ann); and brother Oakley Huff of Salyersville, KY. Elmer is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
