She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Don" Harrell and Alberta Rohlf Harrell; and her siblings, William D. Harrell and Betty Claire Reeves. She is survived by: her son Ed Medlock (Joy) of Galena, OH.; and her granddaughters, Kate (Braden Ripley) and Jenny Creutzinger. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great, and great great nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Northern Hills United Methodist Church for a music scholarship fund in Donna's name or for the Weekend Backpack Program.
