He was predeceased by: his parents, Umedbhai Patel (Father) and Sumatiben Patel (Mother); and his sister Arunaben. He is survived by: his children, Prabir Patel and Rupal Tank (Daughter); his grandchildren, Nirav, Namasvi, Param and Sahaj; and his wife Sonal.
He also enjoyed doing charity work for Yogi Divine Society for the latter part of his life.
