He was predeceased by: his father William J. DeBlock. He is survived by: his mother Christina Stivers DeBlock; his children, William, Christopher, Madison and Nathan (Elizabeth DeBlock); his siblings, Allison Berlin (Steve), Jason DeBlock (Shannon) and Matthew DeBlock (Lauren); his nieces and nephews, Ben, Abby, Warner, Wesley, Aidan and Owen; and his godparents, Joan Beairsto and Jim DeBlock. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
