He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Meyer and Alma Meyer (Joergler); his daughter Mary Catherine Bell (Meyer); and his grandsons, Harrison J. Meyer and Charles D. Bickel.

He is survived by: his stepmother Ann. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 38 great- grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Forgiveness, love and charity; thus, teaching us all, and always with a dose of wit and wisdom, by the honorable way he lived his life.
