He was predeceased by: his parents, Ngoc Mai and Nhu Huong; and his children, Nhu Lan, Bang Phung, Thi Phuong, Ngoc Thong, Tung Ngoc and Quang Xuong.
He is survived by: his wife Kim-Loan; his children, Linh Pham (Gina), Kim-Thuy (Brian Bowyer), Kim-Anh (Chee Lee) and Kim-Khanh Pham (Kelly Kuo); and his grandchildren, Minh, Anh (Cameron Colby), Lana, Teng, Vinh, Nicholas and Alexander. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
