He is survived by: his former wife Jane Coburn (DeMuth); his children, Kristy Clay (John) of Gahanna and David J. Coburn (Lisa) of Indian Lake, Ohio; his significant other Mary Elsea (Tryon) of Blacklick; his grandchildren, Natalie, Luke, Meredith Clay, Collin and Chase Coburn; his great grandchildren, Finn and Baker; and his sister Judy Hook of Bowling Green.
