She was predeceased by: her parents, Fadwah Hatem and Joseph Hatem; her siblings, Juliet, John (Elsie), Thomas (Katherine), George, Abe, Helen (Ray), Jovita and Joseph; her daughter Jennifer Ann Couden; and her grandchildren, Ben Caplin and Andrea Demers.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Couden, Jeanne Pollock (Cliff), Alex Couden (Dyan), Joan Couden (Mike), Tussey, Joseph Couden, Marion Demers and Bill Wilson (Wendy); her grandchildren, Rachel (Charles), Michelle, Nathan (Akisa), Robert (Laia), Risk, Joshua, Brandon (Kate), Alex, Jennifer Thomas (Aaron), James (Elena), Amanda, Lindsey (Todd), Joseph (Jennifer), Jacob, Samantha, Nik and Sydney; and also Keith. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.

Donations can be made in her honor to Mt. Carmel Hospice, or the hospice of your choice, any charity, you choose!

“I am very sorry to hear this. Mary was a favorite customer of ours at our store, Fisher's Gardens in Reynoldsburg. She would always hug me and would often give me advice or blessings if I were having a bad day. We nicknamed her Tuesday Mary because she would always come in on Tuesdays, our senior discount day. She had such a nurturing soul and brought joy to me when I needed it. May she rest in peace. Bee & Brian Kocher”
