She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Sibole and Lucille Sibole (Haddox); and her grandchildren, Daniel Johnson and Lillian Conroy. She is survived by: her husband Steven Horn; her daughters, Heather Howard (Michael), Amy Fimple (Chris), Sarah Conroy (Ryan) and Emily Horn; and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Madison, Caden, Jacob and Olivia.
