She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Tubbs and Nancy Tubbs (Merriman); her husband Leonard C. "Len" Myers; and her siblings, Jim Tubbs and Mary "Jayne" Perkins.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph R. "Joe" Henley of Upper Arlington, OH, Jilaine M. "Jil" Anderson (Chris) of Columbus, OH and Daniel K. "Dan" Henley (Michelle) of Bexley Ohio; her grandson Braden J. Wallake of Galena, OH; and her stepchildren, Marybeth Miller (Steve), Amy Lakin, Shelley Mascaro (Joe), Jeff Myers (Tina) and Chris Myers (Amy). She is also survived by numerous loving relatives and friends.
