It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Miller (Gahanna, Ohio), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 26, 2020, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Miller, Jr. and Janet Diane McAdams; his grandparents, Frank Miller, Sr. and Evelyn McAdams; and his great-grandparents, Michael and Anna Cardillo.

He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Miller and Amy Russell (Joseph Bilderback); his sons, Frank Miller IV and Jesse Puiatti; his grandmother Lucille Miller; his nieces, Frankie and Shana Russell; and his nephew Domenic Bilderback.
