She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Berry and Marie 'Hall Berry; her husband Otis Reynolds; her siblings, Charles Berry, Bonnie Berry and Billie Maynard; and her son-in-law Robert Van Fossen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Van Fossen (Robert), Donna Best (Scott) and Jaymi Binkley (Waylon).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for any charitable donations to be made in her memory to the Kobacker House, Columbus, OH, which attentively cared for Frances during her last days.
