He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. Allen and Elizabeth D. Allen (Stockman); his brothers, Harold R. Allen and Charles "Parky" D. Allen; his niece Sheila L. Allen; and his great-nephew Brandon R. Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn A. Allen (Whipps); his children, Marianne E. Allen (Mindy) and Michael T.; his daughter-in-law Sarah Allen (Nicholson); his grandson Luke A. Allen; his sisters-in-law, Vivian L. Allen (French) and Lettalee "Prissy" Allen Cottrill (Mason); and his nieces and nephews, Teresa J. Borland (Michael A.), Cynthia S. Hensley (Michael L.), Dr. Kyle R. Allen (Lynn Wrigley) and C. Jeffrey Allen. He is also survived by great great nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
