She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Kirker Sr. and Della Bowles; her son Richard Farris; and her grandson Richard Farris (Rick). She is survived by: her sons, Michael L. Farris (Carol) and Percy C. Farris (Meghan Smith); her grandchildren, Michael K. Farris (Colleen), Tammy Coyer (Jay), Jeremy Farris, Amber Baker (Farris) and Jason Moore; her great grandchildren, Leslie Coyer (John Bennett), Logan Coyer, Jeremyiah, Blayne, Benjamin Farris, Billy, Autumn and Mason Bryant; and her great great grandchildren, Brenden, Bracksden and Braiden Bennett.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3047 E Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43231). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Dorothy's contributions to her family and community will not be forgotten, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
