He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Shively Sr. and Pierina Shively (Moro); and his siblings, Louie and Tina Shively. He is survived by: his children, Gabriel Anthony Shively and Devan Gabrielle McIntyre (Shively); his wife Donna Shively (Sonny Yinger); his grandsons, Lorenzo and Giuseppe Shively; and his siblings, Trina and Joey Shively.
