He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Basham and Ruby Basham; and his granddaughters, Hannah and Brooke Basham. He is survived by: his wife Tallie; his children, Walt David (Brietta), Tim Basham (Tammy), Chris Miller (Julie) and Eve Smith (David); his grandchildren, Madison, Ethan, Alyssa Miller, Hayden, Jackson, Ava Smith, Blake Munn and Janine Basham; and his siblings, Bernard (Mary), Dan (Betty) and Shelby Tudor.
