He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Sheri; his grandparents, John and Jeanne Douglas; and his parents-in-law, Linda and Donald "Red" Barthel.
He is survived by: his children, John, Emily and Bailey; his sister Kelly Luth (Karl); his brother-in-law Don Barthel (Kelly); his nephews, Hudson Barthel, Matt Luth and Mark Luth; his niece Olivia Barthel; his close friends, Louie and Jimmy; and his caregiver Marisol. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Warner Family Trust at Key Bank in Gahanna to help with college expenses.
