He is survived by: his parent Jeanette Woods of Akron, OH.; his spouse Kelly A. Woods; his sons, Joshua Woods of Newark, OH and Kyler Woods of Ashland, OH; and his siblings, Barbara (Thirkee), Bill (Angelia), Bridgette, Brandon and Bria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
