She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin A. Noel, Sr. and Dorothy Mae Semones; and her brother Martin A. Noel, Jr. (Chuck). She is survived by: her siblings, Cheri R. Noel of Chillicothe and Michael L. Hardin, Sr. of Blacklick; her children, Sally Ann Weber and Phillip A. Porter, II of Gahanna; and her nieces and nephews, Meghan C. Hardin, Reilly C. Mentel, Hannah N. Hardin and Presley Sueann Williams. She is also survived by her children, nieces and nephews, friends and later her granddaughter, Josie, grandnieces and nephews.
