He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Turner and Agusta Turner. He is survived by: his wife Annette Turner; his children, Steven Turner (Karen), Daniel Turner (Joan) and Tracy Frankel (Ethan); his sister Francine Lowenstein; and his grandchildren, Aaron Frankel (Becky), Max Frankel, Jessica Turner, Zachary Turner and Nicholas Abbott. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
