He was predeceased by: his grandfather Lawrence "Bud" Slone. He is survived by: his grandmother Phyllis Slone; his siblings, Stephanie and Marshall; his cousins, Cailyn Campbell and Alisha Slone; and his parents, Melissa Slone and Aaron Cook.
