He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph K. Armstrong and Emily L. Armstrong (Feick); and his sister Connie Criswell. He is survived by: his grandmother Ostrom; and his siblings, Darrell (Barb), Emily Westfield (David) and William Armstrong. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
