She was predeceased by: her father Harley Don; her daughter Joy Lynn Tupper; and her granddaughter Laura Kay Slusher. She is survived by: her sons, Steven D. Hayslip (Andrea) and Mardy L. Smith (Ashley); her siblings, Don "Sonny" Frye (Patty), Sheila Burchett (Phil) and Tennie Lee Dials (Randy); and her grandchildren, Marlin Randy Yates, Mariah, Maliki, Racheal, Sammy, Faith Smith, Kalem, Danielle, Jesse, Stevie Jo, Payton, Gavin and Mkenna Kay Hayslip. She is also survived by many great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
