It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy L. Hagens of Friendship, Ohio, born in Fayette, Ohio, who passed away on January 2, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Lemley and Louella Lemley (Gottschalk); and her brother Lewis Lemley of Dublin. She is survived by: her husband Richard Hack; her sons, William (Bill) of San Francisco and Scott Hack of Columbus; her niece Jayne Kaylor (Mike) of Upper Arlington; and her great-niece Gretchen Treuhaft Schmidt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
