He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest William and Lorena Hazelbaker Easter; his grandson Bobby Gilley; his brothers, Robert and Donald Easter; and his children-in-law, Gaylord Gilley and Vicki Easter.
He is survived by: his wife Nora Ellen Perry Easter; his children, Dale Easter (Carol), Rick Easter (Kathy) and Cheryl Gilley Kirk (Dave); his grandchildren, Becky Melick (Dave) and Loren Easter (Melissa); his granddaughter-in-law Andrea Gilley; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Noah, Levi, Lorann, Courtney, Dylan, Cole and Maddie.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to SOMC Hospice or Friendship United Methodist Church.
