He was predeceased by: his father Stanley A. Elliott; his son James Patrick Elliott; and his siblings, Betty Morris, Deetta Chamblin, Marcella Ash, Stanley Jr., Howard and Donald Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Janis McCoy Elliott; his children, Timothy Elliott (Maryellen), Michelle Brewer (Christopher) and Tina Long (Brian); his sister Marjorie Dials (Jack); and his grandchildren, Braedon Oliver (Caitlin), Zachary, Luke Elliott, Wesley Brewer and Kaitlyn Long. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Forrest's name to Friendship United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 46 Friendship, OH 45630.
